If you are an Oak Park educator or childcare provider, please complete the form below to request delivery and pickup of books, kits, artifacts or other Oak Park Public Library materials for your school or daycare group. After you complete the form, a library staff member will be in contact with you shortly.
Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the library’s resource delivery services will be gradually expanded with the goal of equitably serving educators, childcare groups, and schools based on their unique and evolving needs. Availability and frequency of delivery service will be dependent on current library staff capacity, availability of supplies, and health and safety recommendations from the CDC and the Village of Oak Park Department of Public Health.
Additionally, in order to protect our staff and other patrons, deliveries will not be made to locations that have active COVID-19 cases. Library staff will complete a daily health screening prior to every delivery. All deliveries and pickups of materials will be contactless. Specifics about how contact-free deliveries will be handled for your group will be discussed and finalized during a follow-up conversation with library staff.
